Roger Petry originally wrote this excellent article for the Saskatchewan branch of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives. The article explains why Linux and other open source software would be the perfect choice for the Saskatchewan government. Of course, many of the points that Roger makes are equally applicable to a corporate environment.
