Elections for the Board of Directors

LOSURS directors are elected for two-year terms, and the terms are staggered so that half of the board is up for re-election each year. This year, the following three directors' terms are expiring: Scott Wunsch, Stacey Hack, and Andrew Kerr.

We have five candidates nominated this year, so we will have an election at the AGM. The candidates are: Summer Hartzfeld, Stacey Hack, Mark Humphreys, Andrew Kerr, and Scott Wunsch. More information on the candidates and their goals can be found on the Nominee List.

Financial Statements

The LOSURS Secretary, Jim Mackenzie, has prepared the usual set of financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 30th, 2007. In addition to the copy available online, printed copies will be distributed at the AGM.

In keeping with the decision made at a preview AGM, this year our financial statements will also be reviewed by an external accountant. The result of this review will be presented at the AGM.

Information on the 2006 AGM is still available.
